Who is OATH/ECB?
OATH/ECB is the agency that holds the trials for the court cases associated with violations given out by the various city organizations that issue violations.
What do they do?
Hear the cases and decide whether the respondent is guilty (in violation) or if the violation is to be dismissed.
Issue the decisions on the dollar amount of the fines, and they send letters to collect
